Gott ist einfach ….

 

Gott ist einfach, unheimlich toll.

Er nimmt mich ernst, Er nimmt mich für voll.

Er nimmt mich so, wie ich halt bin.

Er gibt dem Leben, erst einen Sinn.

 

Gott ist einfach, unendlich groß.

Er hält mich schützend, in seinem Schoß.

Er ist mein Halt, mein Stecken und Stab.

Ein jeder kann wissen, wie lieb ich Ihn hab.

 

Gott ist einfach, unheimlich stark.

Seine Worte durchdringen mich, bis in das Mark.

Sein Friede erfüllt mich, die Seele erstrahlt.

Wenn er mein Leben, täglich neu malt.

 

Gott ist die Liebe, das Licht meiner Augen.

Der Herr meines Herzen, die Quelle des Glauben.

Die Freude des Alltags, die Kraft meines Lebens.

Und wer an Ihn Glaubt, der lebt nicht vergebens.

God is Simply …

 

God is simply, incredibly fantastic.

He takes me seriously.

He takes me as I am.

He gives life meaning.

 

God is simply, infinitely great.

He embraces me protectively in his lap.

He is my foothold, my guiding staff.

Let all the world know, how much I love him.

 

God is simply, incredibly strong.

His words penetrate me to the bone.

His peace fills me, my soul beams,

When he daily draws my life anew.

 

God is love, the light in my eyes.

The Lord of my heart, the fountain of belief.

The everyday joy, the strength of my life.

Whoever believes in him, does not live in vain.
